This policy covers yakoworks.llc, the company website. Each app we publish has its own privacy policy describing what that app does, because the answer is different for every app.
What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. This site is a set of static files. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no fonts, scripts, pixels or frames from any other company, and contains no forms or accounts. There is nothing here that follows you to another site.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare records technical information about each request in order to serve the page and to protect the site from abuse. That typically includes your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and the user-agent string your browser sends.
We do not use this data to build a profile of you, we do not combine it with anything else, and we do not sell or share it. Cloudflare processes it as our hosting provider under its own terms; see the Cloudflare privacy policy for how long they retain it.
Email you send us
If you write to contact@yakoworks.llc, we receive whatever you put in the message — your email address, your name if you sign it, and anything else you choose to tell us. We use it to answer you and to fix whatever you reported. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your message to anyone outside the company.
Our apps
An app is not a website, and our apps handle data in their own ways. Each one ships with a privacy policy written from what its code actually does, published alongside it and linked from its App Store listing:

Where an app's policy and this page disagree about that app, the app's own policy governs.
Children
This website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Age-related terms for a given app are set out in that app's own policy and its App Store age rating.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in the EEA and the UK, or under the CCPA in California — you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to our processing of it.
In practice the only personal data Yako Works itself holds is the correspondence in our mailbox. Write to contact@yakoworks.llc and we will act on a verified request within 30 days. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page rather than made quietly, and we will not apply a change retroactively to data we have already collected.
